Background
I am a mixed-methods UX researcher with over seven years of experience investigating how technology can spark collaboration among people, with a particular focus on AI-supported communication and learning systems. I have examined how generative AI can serve as a scaffold for learning to program, as well as power telepresence robots to provide remote museum visitors with immersive experiences. Across my work, I design and conduct end-to-end studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into design insights that inform the development of more intuitive, collaborative technologies.
