Background
I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at The College of New Jersey. My research focuses on corporate finance, financial intermediation, artificial intelligence, and law and finance. My recent projects examine how generative AI affects corporate credit spreads, investment decisions, workforce dynamics, and financial disclosure. I also study bank diversification, political alignment and bank risk-taking, cryptocurrency markets, and AI regulation across countries.
